This is a chance to establish the business''s culture.The Opportunity: General Managerthis is a strategic yet handson leadership role reporting directly to the Chief of Operations. You will have full responsibility for the overall performance of the business and farm operations, putting your mark on the portfolio''s growth trajectory. Brisbane based ideally but with regular travel to properties.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the farm aggregations, onsite teams, and contractors, driving a robust Workplace Health and Safety culture.Oversee all operations, driving productivity, profitability, and the implementation of advanced regenerative farming practices and sustainability policies.Set and manage operational budgets and forecasts. Oversee all capital expenditure programmes, including investments in natural capital assets.Ensure rigorous financial management, reporting, statutory compliance, and continuous process improvement.Be a role model for the core values of integrity, teamwork, and community commitment.
