Air Diffusion Agencies P/L are a leader of innovation, manufacturing and wholesaling a wide range of heating and cooling products, with dependable service to the trade. Air Diffusion Agencies now has an opportunity for a Branch Manager to lead our Lonsdale Team.You will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the Lonsdale site, and manufactured grilles operation, implementing and improving processes, engaging with customers and suppliers, and working closely with the other branches.A strong emphasis on customer service is required, managing well established customer networks, and be able to seek out and persue new customer opportunities.ResponsibilitiesManage the Lonsdale branch.Oversee warehouse management & trade sales.Implement company pricing and discount strategy.Implement KPI''s including sales, margin and stock control.Manage branch inventory and supplier orders.Manage the supply of materials to manufacture grillesEnsure the grilles manufacturing operates efficientlyIdentify operational deficiencies and implement plans for improvement.Build on existing and develop new customer relationships.Implement training programmes in conjunction with HR and other branches.Attend fortnightly SA branch meetings & organise a weekly "Toolbox" staff meetingWork with the management team to implement and further develop processes and procedures to ensure that the Lonsdale branch is using company best practices.Qualifications and ExperiencePrevious experience in managing a trade sales location or B2B sales operation.Previous HVAC experience a bonus but not essential.Ability to build and develop and lead the team.A current driver''s license.Selfdriven and be able to lead and motivate othersSalary will be negotiable depending on experience.If this is the role for you, please apply online with your resume and cover letter outlining relevant experience for this role.We thank you for your interest, only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.Be careful - Don''t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
