You will collaborate with a Project Manager, the site team, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless onsite procedures and successful outcomes for our clients.From site setup and deconstruction through to site handovers, team and subcontractor management, and developing new systems for our team, you will thrive if you find joy in enhancing people''s lives and contributing to a greener future. Your role involves handson carpentry skills with a strong focus on craftsmanship and sustainable building techniques.This is a fulltime position (38 hours per week) with a focus on worklife balance. Our site team works across a 4day work week (Monday to Thursday). The primary work location is your dedicated site in Eastern Melbourne and surrounds, with occasional project overlap, events, and sitebased meetings bringing you together with the broader team.As an aspiring techsavvy organisation, an eagerness to learn and adapt to new software is crucial. Experience with tools like GSuite and WunderBuild is beneficial but not mandatory we''ll provide the necessary training.
