Are you an experienced OSHC professional looking to take the next step in your leadership career?Amana OSHC is expanding across Victoria, and we''re building a strong pipeline of talented Centre Directors to lead our new services launching in 2026.This is an excellent opportunity to register your interest and be considered for both permanent and contract Centre Director positions across Before School Care, After School Care and Holiday Program services.About the RoleAs an Amana OSHC Centre Director, you''ll lead your own service and become a trusted part of the school community. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the program, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and engagement.You will:Lead, coach and support a team of educatorsDeliver fun, meaningful and child-centred programs, including:Imagination Station (STEM + Creative Arts)Homework Heroes (academic support)Little Champions (sport & physical literacy)Iqra Circle (Qur''an reading and reflection where agreed with schools)Build positive and professional relationships with families, school leaders and the wider communityEnsure safe, inclusive and engaging environments for childrenOversee compliance, documentation and administrative processesManage rostering, recruitment support and team developmentMaintain high-quality programming aligned with the National Quality FrameworkHours typically include:Monday to Friday only no weekend work.Typical ResponsibilitiesDaily service leadership and educator supervisionProgram planning, documentation and child engagementDaily compliance checks, risk management and quality practiceAttendance and family communication managementRosters, staffing support and training oversightMaintaining strong school relationships and representing Amana OSHC professionallyAbout YouWe would love to connect with you if you are passionate about children''s wellbeing and ready to lead a thriving OSHC service.You will ideally have:A Diploma qualification or higher (or be actively working towards an ACECQA-approved qualification)Previous OSHC or childcare experienceDemonstrated leadership capability, confidence managing teams, or a strong desire to step into a leadership roleStrong communication skills and a commitment to building community connectionsYou will also need a current or willingness to obtain:Employee Working With Children Check (VIC)HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare SettingCPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificatesMandatory Reporting (Child Safe Standards)National Police Check (within the past 6 months)Why Join Amana OSHC?Amana OSHC is one of Australia''s fastest-growing OSHC providers.
