We are currently seeking an experienced Store Manager (Retail) to support our ongoing growth and ensure smooth store operations.Position DetailsPosition: Store Manager (Retail)Location: Huntingdale, Perth WAEmployment Type: FulltimeSalary Range: $75,000 $80,000 per annumKey Duties and ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage daily store operations in compliance with Domino''s operational standards, food safety regulations and company procedures.Lead, train and supervise staff, including rostering, performance management and ongoing development.Manage stock levels, inventory control, cash handling and waste reduction.Monitor sales performance, analyse operational results and implement improvement strategies.Maintain high customer service standards and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.Coordinate with marketing teams to execute store promotions and local marketing activities.Ensure store cleanliness, product quality and presentation meet brand requirements.Uphold workplace health and safety standards and conduct regular safety checks.Conduct regular team meetings to communicate operational updates and expectations.Skills, Experience and Qualifications RequiredMinimum 1 year''s experience in restaurant, caf or QSR management.Minimum Diploma or higher qualification in hospitality or a related field (essential).Proven leadership skills with the ability to build and manage highperforming teams.Strong understanding of QSR/retail operations and inventory management.Excellent organisational, analytical and problemsolving skills.Sound knowledge of food safety, WHS and compliance requirements.Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.Proficiency with POS systems, rostering software and general computer applications.Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.12 years of chef/kitchen experience is preferred.Other RequirementsWork Location: Inperson role at Domino''s Pizza Huntingdale, Western Australia.Work Authorisation: Applicants must have the right to work in Australia.Application Question: What is your current residency or visa status in Australia?How to ApplySend your CV and a short cover note explaining your leadership experience and why you think you would be a great fit for Domino''s Pizza Huntingdale.
