Join us as Head of Dredging Operations, where youll provide technical leadership and strategic oversight of dredging operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable delivery of internal programs and external services. Youll optimise fleet utilisation, maintain compliance with maritime and environmental standards, and champion continuous improvement in productivity, safety, and sustainability. Strategic, curious and resilient: Heres who were looking for. You are tertiary qualified with extensive experience in dredging operations management. You have deep technical dredging expertise (TSHD and Cutter Suction) with experience in major channel deepening projects. You are passionate about safely optimising dredging operations and champion a safety-first culture. You have had experience contributing to new build TSHD designs and deliveries which will be key for the next generation of newbuild dredging vessels. You foster a culture of respect, collaboration, accountability, and contribution, while encouraging creative thinking and new ideas to inspire innovation. You are an effective communicator who builds and nurtures productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, industry bodies, and internal teams. You bring commercial acumen with experience in contract management and financial oversight. You ideally have previous sailing experience in a Deck Officer or Master position on a TSHD.
