Were seeking a Senior People & Culture Business Partner to provide senior-level partnering to our leaders, while also leading and supporting our small Business Partner team. This role plays a key part in shaping a culture that is inclusive, accountable and aligned to Sureways purpose, ensuring our people practices support both performance and positive community outcomes. Reporting directly to the GM, People & Culture, this role balances handson business partnering with people leadership and coordination of key P&C initiatives. Its a role for someone who enjoys staying close to the business while lifting capability and consistency across the BP function.
