They are now seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead one of their flagship locations and drive operational and commercial excellence. The Role As the Assistant Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring sales and service objectives are achieved while maintaining a highperformance culture. You''ll lead and mentor a dedicated team, manage financial and operational performance, and ensure the store delivers an exceptional customer experience in line with company standards.
