We''re seeking dedicated individuals to deliver high-quality community-focused health services across our local health network.As a Clinical Nurse in Community Health Nursing, you''ll provide advanced nursing practices in primary healthcare, driving the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategies and programs to achieve the optimal health outcomes for Community Health Nursing clients. You will also provide Palliative Care to clients and support carers and families in community setting when entering the terminal phase.Youll take ownership of your practice standards, delegate tasks effectively, and support the growth of our team members.While the core of this role is handson clinical work, youll also have the opportunity to be assigned appropriate portfolios.
