Regional Manager Repco Newcastle/Central Coast NSW Join Repcos leadership team and drive success across Newcastle/Central Coast NSW. This is a pivotal role for a proven multisite manager, ideally with a background in retail, FMCG, trade, or related industries where product, sales, financial management, customer service, people management, and safety are paramount. Responsibilities Lead by example to create a safe, productive, and customerfocused environment. Develop and embed a strong safety culture aimed at reducing workplace injuries and lost time incidents (LTIs). Drive profitable growth, increasing revenue and market share across the region. Maximise labour productivity and control costs to enhance bottomline results. Optimise operational processes and systems for maximum efficiency. Provide strategic leadership and handson support to Store Managers, enabling exceptional customer experiences. Foster high employee engagement and satisfaction by developing talent and recognising successes. Maintain a consistent store visit program, delivering business reviews, direct coaching, and professional development opportunities. Qualifications Significant multisite area or regional management experience, preferably from retail, FMCG, trade, or similar industries. Strong focus on driving sales, profits, operational excellence, safety, and team leadership. Highly motivated and resultsdriven, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Visible, handson leader who can engage and inspire teams to achieve business goals. Proven ability to develop talent and promote a positive team culture. Why Join Repco?
