They will help empower our product teams and squads to solve difficult customer and business problems in ways our customers love whilst also being commercially viable and aligning to the group digital and business strategy.You will manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through to go to market plans, product growth and optimization; as well as leading the product development process including defining product features, managing timelines and overseeing quality assurance.Accountabilities include:Work closely with business areas including sales, support, marketing, and engineering to define success, validate propositions and deliver the best possible customer experience to ensure the solution is valuable and viable.Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and development by the delivery teamIdentify areas for growth and create digital roadmaps to help drive digital sales and adoptionWork with Digital Designers and Researchers to run discovery and design sprints to identify opportunities and validate hypothesesDevelop and implement product strategy and vision that is consistent with the group digital strategy and business strategyValidate ideas and ensure teams are aligned to business goals. Identify customer needs, and support stakeholders to understand and define the business value.Create product requirement documents with prioritised features and corresponding justificationManage the end to end digital product development process aligning to group frameworks and processesGather and prioritise requirements based on customer needs, market trends and business priorities.
