We''re seeking reliable, experienced team members for five key positions. Full-time roles: Site Supervisor, Factory Foreman, Drafter, Cabinetmaker, and Installer Well-established Perth cabinet-making company Pay based on experience and skill Were looking for an experienced Site Supervisor who can confidently run jobs from start to finish. 1. Site Supervisor Key Responsibilities: Measure and check jobs on-site prior to production Supervise on-site installation teams and subcontractors Liaise with builders, clients, and internal staff Ensure timelines, quality, and safety standards are met Requirements: Strong cabinetry or construction background Great communication and organisational skills Ability to problem-solve and take responsibility for site success 2. Factory Foreman Key Responsibilities: Run and manage factory operations alongside office support Supervise factory staff and answer technical queries as needed Ensure workflow runs smoothly from drafting through to manufacture Maintain high-quality standards and oversee production schedules Requirements: Experience in a similar leadership role Solid joinery and cabinet-making knowledge Computer literacy preferred; Cabinet Vision experience is a bonus 3. Cabinet Vision Drafter Key Responsibilities: Create rendered drawings for builder and client approval Prepare accurate cutting lists and production-ready documentation Collaborate with the Factory Foreman to meet deadlines Ensure clarity, precision, and buildability in all documentation Requirements: Strong experience in Cabinet Vision software Excellent understanding of cabinetry construction and materials Ability to work unsupervised and manage deadlines Strong attention to detail and practical design skills 4. Cabinetmaker Key Responsibilities: Assemble and install custom cabinetry to a high standard Work unsupervised or as part of a team, depending on project needs Read and interpret plans and job sheets accurately Work across both residential and commercial projects Requirements: Trade-qualified with proven cabinet-making experience Installation experience is highly regarded Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Positive attitude and ability to work well with others 5. Cabinetry Installer Key Responsibilities: Install residential and commercial cabinetry to a high standard Read and interpret plans and drawings accurately Work efficiently on-site, often unsupervised or as part of a small team Liaise with factory staff and supervisors to ensure smooth project completion Represent the company professionally on job sites Requirements (for all installers): Must be experienced in cabinetry installation Physically fit and capable of manual handling White card (Construction Induction Card) (Physical Copy) Valid drivers licence and own reliable transport Own tools required Police clearance (or willingness to obtain for certain sites) Additional requirements for subcontractors: Must provide current Workers Compensation and Public Liability insurance All roles are full-time, with pay negotiable based on experience.
