Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Cellar Door / Retail Manager to lead our cellar door team and deliver an unforgettable guest experience at our award-winning vineyard. Responsibilities Leading and motivating the cellar door team to deliver exceptional service. Showcasing our wines through engaging tastings, tours, and events. Driving sales, memberships, and brand loyalty. Managing daytoday operations, including rostering, stock management, and compliance. Developing and delivering premium wine experiences aligned with our brand story and heritage. About You Previous experience in retail, cellar door or hospitality. Strong leadership skills with a handson, customerfirst approach. Excellent communication, organisational, and sales skills. Flexibility to work weekends and peak periods. A keen interest and passion in wine and a desire to share this with customers. Provide and maintain effective communication with all departments around the estate. Thrive in working within an established team with respect and professionalism. You do not need to have wine industry experience as long as you genuinely enjoy learning about wine by tasting and understanding the wine making process. Why Join Us?
