Winery & Cellar Bar is a restaurant focused on quality, and we are currently seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our award winning team. Are you experienced in quality restaurants and leading a team? THE ROLES We''re seeking a Wine savvy Supervisor to lead on the floor and execute service with passion & precision. We''re also seeking a Head Bar person with great interpersonal skills to lead wine tastings and premium cocktail program, to maintain and develop a strong beverage culture. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Supervisor: Lead role in the restaurant Bar: Head Bar, making cocktails and serving wine, wine tastings Delivering a quality experience for our guests, consistently REQUIREMENTS Proven experience as a waiter / bar person in a professional restaurant for at least 1 year Strong knowledge of wine and beverage sales Strong knowledge and competence in FOH service and guest experience Have relevant trade skills Excellent communication and teamwork skills Availability to work weekends THE BENEFITS What will you get when you join Jayden Ong Wines?
