Accounts & Resident Liaison Officer Aged Care Full-Time | Monday to Friday Location: Near Windsor, Sydney Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 + Super + Salary Packaging An exciting opportunity is available for a Accounts & Resident Liaison Officer to join a well-established not-for-profit aged care provider dedicated to delivering highquality care and service. This role offers variety and purpose, combining accounts, administration, and resident engagement within a supportive and collaborative team environment. The position plays a key role in supporting the daytoday financial and administrative operations of the home, while also acting as the first point of contact for residents and families. Key Responsibilities Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, reconciliations, and monthend billing. Prepare and maintain resident agreements, contracts, and admission documentation. Coordinate the onboarding of new residents and families. Support financial reporting, data entry, and recordkeeping. Provide general administrative and reception support to the Executive and facility teams. Act as the primary liaison for residents and families, ensuring communication and feedback are handled promptly and professionally. Contribute to process improvement, compliance checks, and internal audits. Key Requirements Proven experience in accounts, administration, or office coordination, ideally within aged care, healthcare, or community services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with residents, families, and staff. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and accounting systems such as MYOB or Adept. High attention to detail, organisation, and time management. Friendly, empathetic approach and commitment to exceptional service standards. Current National Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain). Desirable Certificate III or IV in Business Administration or Accounting (or equivalent). Previous experience in aged care administration or resident services. Understanding of aged care funding, compliance frameworks, or the Aged Care Quality Standards.
