WILLS & ESTATES, PROPERTY & COMMERCIAL LAW LAWYER NOWRA WILLS & ESTATES, PROPERTY LAW and COMMERCIAL LAW LAWYER NOWRA RMB Lawyers, a substantial regional practice with a strong network of 18 offices (17 in regional NSW and 1 in the ACT), is seeking a full-time Lawyer to join our Wills & Estates, Property Law and Commercial Law teams based primarily at our Nowra office (with some capacity to work from our other offices as needed). This role is ideal for a lawyer who enjoys building client relationships, working autonomously with support, and contributing to the growth of a busy regional practice. About the Role You will work across a mix of: Wills, powers of attorney and enduring guardianship documents. Estate planning and asset protection strategies. Disputed Wills matters. Probate and estate administration. Residential conveyancing (sales and purchases). Property transactions (transfers, refinancing, subdivisions and related matters). Commercial transactions and disputes. You will be supported by experienced senior lawyers and a friendly, collaborative team. About You The successful applicant will: Have 1 to 5 years postadmission experience, with solid exposure to at least one or more of the following Wills & Estates, Property Law and Commercial Law. Must have a minimum of 1 year postadmission experience. Be dynamic, hardworking and easy to get along with. Have a flair for business development and client relationship management. Demonstrate a commonsense, practical approach to the law. Have strong communication and drafting skills. Be organised, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities. Possess essential Australian work rights. Demonstrate experience managing a caseload of 50+ files. Hold a current NSW legal practising certificate at time of application.
