About The Role The Archer Hotel is on the lookout for a friendly, energetic receptionist to join our frontofhouse team. This key role involves greeting guests, managing reservations and ensuring exceptional service. We need a professional, organised individual with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fastpaced environment. A day in the life of a Front Office Attendant Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm, friendly and attentive service. Stay up to date on reception emails and phone calls and action administrative tasks as quickly as possible. Lean into team work and assist with accommodation, bistro and booking duties as required. What do we need from you You know that when it comes to guest service, every moment matters. You are great with people, communication and detail and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates. You are highly organised and have great computer skills. Inherent Requirements This is a handson role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries).
