Bonza Botanicals, one of Australia''s leading ornamental plant breeding companies, is seeking a Casual Nursery Hand with repairs and maintenance skills to join our team at our nursery in Springwood, NSW 2777. This is a casual position offering the flexibility to work 12 days a week to suit your availability. What you''ll be doing Carrying out general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of nursery infrastructure including irrigation systems, shade structures, benches, and tools Performing basic plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical tasks as needed Assisting with occasional nursery work such as sowing, transplanting, moving plants, watering, pest and disease control, and other general nursery tasks Helping to maintain a clean, tidy and organised nursery environment Other nurseryrelated duties as required What were looking for Practical skills in general maintenance, repairs, or basic trade work (plumbing, carpentry, or similar highly regarded) Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and good time management Physically fit and comfortable performing manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and reaching Reliable, motivated, and well organized, with a proactive approach to problemsolving Able to work outdoors and in greenhouses in all weather conditions; previous nursery or farm experience is an advantage What we offer Competitive casual rates of pay Supportive team environment The chance to develop your skills in a thriving nursery surrounded by beautiful plants If youre interested in this Casual Nursery Hand position, apply now to be considered for this opportunity.
