Stellar Recruitment AU and NZ Wellington NSW Full time About the role Were looking for experienced Machine Operators to support the growing Wellington Civil Construction sector. The role requires operating a variety of heavy machinery including loaders, dump trucks, bulldozers, and excavators, performing precision work, and safely shoveling when required. Key Responsibilities Operate heavy machinery (loaders, dump trucks, bulldozers, excavators, rollers) safely and efficiently. Jump on a shovel and perform precision work as needed. Maintain a safe and compliant work environment, following Health and Safety procedures. Conduct preventive maintenance and respect equipment. Qualifications & Experience Previous experience in construction or civil projects. Experience operating heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, rollers, dump trucks, etc.). Full Clean Class 1 and 2 licence with Work to Rules (WTR) Class 4 is advantageous. Strong work ethic and good communication skills. Competent with Health and Safety procedures. About You Willingness to work on the tools and in the trenches when required. Respect equipment and take pride in preventive maintenance. Maintain a positive attitude and promote a healthy team environment. Adhere to high personal standards and presentation of work.
