Hydraulic Hose Technician and/or Workshop Assistant Various opportunities exist for mechanically-minded team players to join us at our Unanderra location. As a Workshop Assistant you will be required to assist with hose assemblies and customer counter sales; undertake general inventory duties, including some computer-based tasks; and perform daily duties and deliveries as required. On the job training will be provided for the right candidates. Career advancement to mobile Hydraulic Hose Technician or ability to begin this role immediately for someone with prior experience in the field and an LR Licence or above. Hydraulic Hose Technicians provide onsite mobile breakdown service and are required to be on a revolving on-call after hours roster. Penalty rates apply. Requirements: Experience in the field or previous mechanical work history preferred (on the job training also provided) Driver''s Licence (LR preferred but not essential) Basic computer skills Willingness to work overtime as required Friendly personality and ability to work unsupervised Above award rates and leave entitlements Use of company truck & mobile phone, uniform & PPE provided Training onsite and via external courses Locally-owned business with a diverse range of customers Opportunities for career advancement Must have unrestricted work rights in Australia and be willing to undergo background checks The successful applicant will be required to complete a pre-employment medical assessment and adhere to WHS policy.
