Overland Motel is now looking for a Waiter Supervisor to join their team. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of waiting staff during service. Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently delivered. Assist with the training and development of new frontofhouse staff. Manage table allocations, reservations, and service flow. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly. Ensure cleanliness and presentation of the dining area. Monitor inventory of frontofhouse supplies and coordinate with kitchen staff. Support the implementation of workplace health, safety and hygiene standards. Provide table service, carry plates, drinks and cutlery where needed. About you: At least 1 year of experience as a Waiter Supervisor. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities. High level of customer service and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fastpaced environment.
