You must be dedicated to working in the community care model and be able to apply quality standards, including the Aged Care Quality Standards, NDIS Practice Standards and Attendant Care Standards. What You Will Do Holistic assessment in partnership with residents and their representatives Development and evaluation of individualised resident care plans Supervise and support Personal Care Workers Clinical care including wound management, palliative care and medication management Liaison with medical and allied health care staff Provision of safe, high quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards Positive resident experience through residentfirst approach Who Are You and What You Will Bring Registration with the AHPRA as a registered nurse is essential Minimum 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse Strong verbal and written communication skills Hold NDIS Worker Checks (or willing to obtain) Be passionate about delivering a personcentred approach to care Benefits Clients come first we deliver safe, highquality, personcentred aged care every day.
