About the Role As a Casual Community Support Assistant, you will provide personcentred care to help clients maintain independence and quality of life. Flexible casual hours (minimum 15-20 hours per week) Availability required for at least three weekdays between 7am6pm Support clients throughout the Mornington Peninsula, including Mornington, Frankston, Langwarrin, Somerville, and Rye Heres what youll be doing Assist with personal care and daily living activities Provide companionship and social support Help with meal preparation and light household tasks Transport clients to appointments and outings About you You are passionate about caring for older members of our community and making a real difference in their everyday lives. You have clear communication skills to support client engagement and a desire to assist clients in reaching their independence goals. A big heart and a positive attitude Certificate III in Individual Support or related field Valid drivers licence First Aid and CPR certification Current Police Check Why VMCH?
