About the Role You will ideally have experience in civil construction and maintenance, particularly within the water and wastewater sectors. A strong work ethic, professionalism, and the ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team are essential. You will be expected to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining a respectful and customer-focused attitude. What We Are Looking For We are seeking experienced Labourers and Leading Hands with a background in commercial and/or civil plumbing. The ideal candidate brings strong technical skills, leadership qualities, and a proactive approach to safety and field operations. Requirements Previous experience as a labourer or leading hand in commercial or civil plumbing Current Drivers Licence (essential) MR Truck Licence, Excavator Tickets, and White Card Working at Heights and Confined Spaces tickets (advantageous) Availability for regular on-call and after-hours rosters Willingness to travel across Regional Victoria and Melbourne Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to liaise with customers or the general public on site Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team A strong commitment to safety Key Responsibilities (Leading Hand) Plan and coordinate daily tasks for the crew Assess and rectify water and sewer faults within required timeframes Maintain clean and organised work areas, including vehicles Ensure compliance with all OHS requirements on site Complete tasks efficiently using the field mobility computer system Work in accordance with all relevant Work Procedures, Work Instructions, Safety Management Plans, Community Relations Plans, and Environmental Management Plans Why Join Us?
