About the role We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educator/Teacher Aide to join our Early Years team, working with children from PreKindy to Prep in a mixedage Montessori environment to start ASAP. As part of our closeknit school community, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with Montessoritrained teachers and early years educators who are committed to fostering curiosity, independence, and a love of learning. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your professional knowledge while working in a setting that values respect, care, and the holistic development of every child. Hours are within school day times (approx. 8:00am 3:00pm, MondayFriday), school terms only. About you You will be a qualified and experienced Early Childhood Educator/Teacher Aide, passionate about making a difference in the lives of students. You will have a good understanding of the Montessori Method, ideally with Montessori training.
