About the Role We are currently seeking experienced, safety-focused Machine Operators to join our client, Australias leading integrated steel manufacturing and distribution company. Based in Geelong, these casual roles offer full-time hours with multiple positions available to commence in the new year. This is an excellent opportunity for mechanically minded operators with strong computer skills and proven experience working in heavy industrial manufacturing environments. Whats on Offer Geelong-based casual role with full-time hours Multiple positions available Competitive pay rate starting from $41.23 per hour Monthly RDO 12% superannuation paid into your nominated fund Ongoing support, regular feedback, and access to employee benefits Shift Options Day Shift: 8:00 am 4:00 pm Afternoon Shift: 4:00 pm 12:00 am Night Shift: 12:00 am 8:00 am Key Responsibilities Operate a variety of industrial machinery and equipment Monitor, adjust, and optimise machine settings Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues Use computer systems for machine control, data entry, and performance monitoring Ensure all equipment is operated safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards Skills & Experience Required Demonstrated experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability Competent computer skills, including machine control systems and data input Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards High attention to detail, reliability, and consistency Current Forklift Licence Experience in heavy industrial manufacturing environments Ability to pass a police check and pre-employment medical About You Mechanically minded with handson technical experience Confident working with computerbased systems Safetyfocused with a strong work ethic Physically fit and able to meet the demands of an industrial role Interested?
