We manage a busy schedule of residential and commercial clients across the Logan, Scenic Rim and surrounding regions. With multiple technicians in the field every day, were looking for a strong, organised and proactive Scheduler to take charge and keep operations running smoothly. About the Role We are seeking a motivated, confident and detaildriven Scheduler / Operations Coordinator to join our Jimboomba team. This role is perfect for someone who loves structure, problemsolving, and keeping a team moving in the right direction. You will be responsible for: Daily scheduling of technicians across multiple routes Handling customer enquiries, complaints & service updates professionally Supporting and guiding field technicians, ensuring they stay on track Monitoring job progress, followups and workflow efficiency Ensuring clients receive timely, accurate communication Keeping the operations running smoothly with a strong cando attitude What Were Looking For Youre someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment and takes ownership. You enjoy keeping people organised and are not afraid to take charge. Well be looking for: Strong organisational & timemanagement skills Confidence dealing with both customers and technicians The ability to resolve complaints calmly and professionally A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to stay one step ahead Experience in scheduling, dispatch, admin or operations roles (preferred but not essential) Ability to work independently and make decisions A teamfirst mindset with leadership qualities Why Join Us?
