Were on the lookout for an experienced Senior Salesperson to join our North Lakes storesomeone who knows how to lead from the shop floor, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive sales by example. About the Role: As a Senior Salesperson, youll be a key part of our in-store leadership team. Youll support daily operations, mentor junior staff, and ensure every customer walks out in the right pair of boots for the job. What You''ll be Doing: Delivering exceptional, knowledgeable customer service Driving sales and meeting store targets Leading by example on the shop floor Supporting and mentoring team members Assisting with visual merchandising and stock presentation Helping with opening/closing duties when required Maintaining a safe, organised, and professional store environment What Were Looking For: Proven experience in retail sales (footwear or workwear highly regarded) Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to build rapport with customers from all walks of life Confidence in upselling and product knowledge Reliable, punctual, and team-focused Availability for weekends and peak retail periods Why Join Blue Heeler Boots?
