They should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with students, colleagues, and parents. Additionally, they would be highly effective team members, actively contributing to a positive culture of success where students are motivated to achieve their personal best. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of community engagement and understand how to build positive relationships with students, staff, families, the wider community, and external agencies.The successful applicant will be energetic, innovative, and enthusiastic in the promotion of Health and Physical Education within the school and will be responsible for the coordination and organisation of all school sporting events, including annual Athletics, Swimming, and CrossCountry Carnivals, Kimberley Cup, interschool sports, Country Week and other extracurricular activities. They should be wellorganised, motivated, and committed to developing positive relationships and have high expectations for all students.Knowledge and competency in the Health and Physical Education component of the Western Australian (WA) Curriculum and reporting schedule would be highly regarded.
