What the Apprenticeship Looks Like Installations, maintenance, diagnosis, and repairs Working across a variety of systems and sites (Supermarkets, Hospitals, Factories, Commercial Sites, Residential Homes, Schools, Restaurants) Learning from experienced technicians Completing TAFE training in blocks at Acacia Ridge, Brisbane Annual reviews for performance, goals, and progression You will quickly learn what life as a Fridgy is really like Summer is our ON season Problemsolving every day Building great customer relationships Rewarding, challenging, and handson work By the end of your apprenticeship, you wont just know one part of the trade youll be a wellrounded refrigeration mechanic, exposed to the full variety of HVAC&R work, not just one area. What Were Looking For A good communicator with a positive attitude Keen to work hard and have fun along the way Willing to learn, ask questions, and speak up on site Reliable, respectful, and ready to be part of a great team Someone who takes pride in their work and appearance School results matter to us particularly English and Maths.
