A complete range of Mining Equipment including DTH Down the Hole Hammers and Bits, Reverse Circulation Hammers and Bits, Rotary Drilling Tools, Exploration Diamond Drilling Tools, Hand-held and Small hole Drilling Tools, Face Drilling and Development Drilling Tools, Surface Bench Drilling Tools, Casing Systems, and Drill Rigs. Black Diamond Drilling Services Australia Pty Ltd is the Australian arm of Changsha Heijingang Industrial Co, Ltd, which is a World Class Manufacturing Facility, established in 1999, located in China, and occupies over 115,000 square meters, with a production plant occupying 45,000 square metres. Facilities are available for research and development, manufacturing and testing, including approximately 1,000 sets of rock drilling and pneumatic tools. Job Description Market research and analysis: Responsible for collecting and analyzing potential demand and market characteristics of target markets including mineral exploration, mining, water wells, and geotechnical engineering industries, providing data support for the company to develop effective market strategies. Market opportunity identification: Through market research, identify new market opportunities, find new growth points for the company''s products and services, and provide strategic advice for the company''s long-term development. Formulation and execution of marketing plans: Assist in formulating the company''s pricing and promotion plans to ensure the competitiveness of the company''s products and services in the market. At the same time, coordinate the implementation of various marketing activities to ensure the smooth progress of the plan. Brand building and promotion: Responsible for planning advertising and influencing events to increase the company''s visibility within the industry. Advertising campaign management: Plan, execute, and optimize online and offline advertising campaigns, including but not limited to social media ads, search engine marketing, and display advertising, to enhance brand exposure and lead generation. Exhibition and event marketing: Organize and manage the companys participation in industry exhibitions and events, including booth design, promotional material preparation, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-up to maximize lead acquisition and brand impact. Promotional video project tracking: Oversee the planning, production, and promotion of the companys new promotional videos, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and effective dissemination across relevant platforms. Provide suggestions for the company to develop new direct sales channels and distributor channels, and expand the company''s market share in Australia, the United States, and Canada. Product promotion and publicity: Assist in promoting the company''s drilling tools, hammers & bits, drill rigs, casing systems, and enhance the competitiveness of the products in the market through innovative marketing methods and technologies. Marketing effect evaluation: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities, collect customer feedback, and provide a basis for future marketing strategy adjustments. Key requirements Education: Bachelor''s degree or higher, Marketing or a related field is preferred. Work Experience: Possess over 5 years of work experience in marketing-related fields, with a preference for those with experience in channel development, brand building, advertising promotion, and related areas. Skills and Abilities: Demonstrate strong market analysis and judgment skills, enabling the accurate identification of market opportunities. Possess excellent communication skills and a spirit of teamwork, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external partners. Proficient in marketing tools and techniques, such as market research, brand building, and advertising promotion. Proficiency in Chinese is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
