About the Role We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Education to lead the development and delivery of worldclass education programs across our portfolio of professional haircare brands in Australia and New Zealand. This senior leadership role is responsible for shaping the education strategy, driving technical excellence, and ensuring quality assurance across all programs. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Global Education teams to deliver impactful initiatives that elevate brand awareness, enhance customer engagement, and support business growth. You will also oversee the education and technical components of HCG events and industry events (e.g., conferences, Mane Stage), ensuring these programs deliver exceptional experiences aligned with brand standards.
