What you''ll be doing Champion a clear, strategic design vision that aligns with business goals and enhances user engagement, retention, and conversion. Design at scale: ensure a consistent, accessible, and highperforming experience across platforms, backed by scalable design systems. Drive outcomes: measure and optimise the impact of design through user satisfaction, adoption, and business KPIs. Collaborate deeply: embed design thinking into every stage of product development alongside Product, Engineering, Marketing and Research. Grow the team: foster a highperforming, inclusive design culture with clear career paths, mentorship, and continuous learning. What Success Looks Like A cohesive and consistent user experience across all products, even under complexity or scale. Design embedded into crossfunctional ways of working, influencing product discovery and roadmaps. A strong, empowered team of Designers and Managers doing the best work of their careers. Business results that reflect designs value: better engagement, retention, and satisfaction. What we are looking for Bachelors degree or equivalent. 10+ years in product design (UX/UI), including 5+ years in a design leadership role. A strong portfolio that reflects usercentred, datainformed design solutions across complex products. Experience in agile environments and crossfunctional collaboration. Deep knowledge of design systems and scalable design practices. A passion for mentoring and developing highperforming teams. Strong influencing skills: youre seen as a strategic partner, not just a service function. Why join us?
