In the role of Lead Business Consultant, you will be expected to contribute to the ABOR service line to improve implementation expertise, knowhow of ABOR consultants within our market unit and beyond.You will normally be working fulltime on implementation projects, which require your expertise in the ABOR area. Lead Business Consultants are highly skilled professionals who form part of our Professional Services team, working within Consulting Services and based within the market units. The main purpose of the role is to provide specialized guidance and functional delivery for the effective deployment of SimCorp Dimension within a clients environment.What you will be responsible forYour responsibilities include but will not be limited to:Take charge of one or more businessrelated workstreams in the implementation project, ensuring all necessary tasks, dependencies, and time/resource estimates are identified while keeping the Project Manager updated for integration into the overall project planCan act as project leader for small and midsized SimCorp Dimension projectsFacilitate requirements gathering workshop and trainings at new or existing clients in businessrelated areas and domainsDocument client requirements and map to SimCorp Dimension functions and processes, identifying improvements and efficiencies where possible. Possess understanding of basic project planningResponsible for providing configuration and enduser training, allowing the client to maintain SimCorp Dimension and optimise its usageKey contact for our customers for questions in connection with SimCorp DimensionInstruct and mentor less experienced colleagues on the jobIdentify opportunities to offer tailored services beyond the project scope to our customers in your role as a trusted advisorContribute to improving best practices for implementation processes and promote topics across projectsWhat we valueAbove all, your ability to thrive in and contribute to this role is paramount.
