Role Description This is a fulltime, onsite role for the Global Head of Engineering based in Bundaberg, QLD. The Global Head of Engineering will lead and manage the engineering team, spearhead project execution, and oversee engineering operations to meet the companys global standards. Responsibilities include team leadership, developing and implementing engineering strategies, directing complex projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving innovation. Collaboration with crossfunctional teams and fostering professional development within the engineering team are also key aspects of this role.
