My client is a leading developer and owner of hotel assets within Australia and the Asia Pacific region.I am seeking a Finance Director with Corporate accounting (not management accounting) experience.Someone with experience working in a finance role for a hotel operator or with fund accounting experience will be well regarded.Be part of a successful, longstanding team.Duties and responsibilitiesoverall control of all financial, tax and audit matters which include but not limited toMonth-end close and monthly management reportingMonthly cash flow analysis and forecasting for all entities within the groupTax computation, analysis and forecasting, liaise with tax advisors on tax payable, thin capitalisation and transfer pricing matters for the groupResponsibility for the annual audit process and overall project management delivery for preparation of the statutory accountsOverall cash management including capital expenditure and projectsLead and manage the budgeting processTreasury matters including bank financing, hedging transactionsInsurance / risk managementLead and develop finance teamHandle any other task that is assigned by the supervisor from time to time as deemed necessary to carry out the dutiesSkills and attributes10+ years of experience in a senior financial managerial position preferably with a property, hospitality or investment industry background handling month-end close, management reporting, cash flow analysis, tax and statutory filing requirements for a comparable organisation in size, scale and complexity; and covering Australia and New Zealand operationsExceptional interpersonal communication, high degree of emotional intelligence and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate and manage staff at all levelsAbility to collaborate with team members outside of finance as well as upper management to organise, plan and achieve company financial goalsBachelor''s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldProfessional accounting qualifications such as CA or CPAA collaborative culture and generous remuneration package commensurate with relevant experienceEnquiriesEnquiries : If you are interested in applying for the above role, and believe you have the relevant experience, and would like a more detailed job description, please email David Johnson at David Johnson M : W : #J-18808-Ljbffr
