Were now looking for a Senior Brand Manager to play a key role in shaping and growing our iconic brands, including Cobram Estate and Red Island. This role would suit either a high-performing Brand Manager ready to step up, or a Senior Brand Manager with a couple of years experience looking to take on broader commercial ownership and impact. The Opportunity Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, this role sits at the heart of our commercial function. Youll lead brand strategy end-to-end from consumer insight and portfolio strategy through to innovation, execution and performance delivery. Youll balance strategic thinking with handson execution, working closely with Sales, Finance, Operations and external partners to deliver sustainable growth, increased market share and improved farmgate returns. Portfolio & Brand Leadership Bring Cobram Estates authentic, vertically integrated story to life internally and externally Lead annual brand planning aligned to agreed A&P budgets Use market, category and consumer insights to drive brand growth and longterm value Manage creative, media and research agencies to deliver strong ROI Partner with Sales on pricing and promotional strategies to improve farmgate returns Ensure consistent brand messaging across PR, social, digital and health channels Communicate key marketing initiatives, performance and insights across the business Support and mentor marketing and commercial team members as required Brand Management Cobram Estate & Red Island Deliver IRi reporting and translate insights into clear commercial actions Track and improve brand health metrics, ROI and market performance Lead a rolling 35 year NPD plan across product and packaging Develop customer and channel plans in close collaboration with Sales Manage consumer research programs and key media/influencer partnerships What Were Looking For Were looking for someone commercially minded, curious and driven who loves building brands and is ready to grow their leadership impact.
