Based in Armidale and reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role provides executive leadership of UNEs Capital Works Program, Property Strategy, and Campus Development Strategy. It shapes the long-term vision for the Universitys built environment and ensures campuses support excellence in learning, research, and community engagement.ResponsibilitiesOversee the planning, delivery, and governance of major capital projects.Ensure robust systems for asset management, financial stewardship, and sustainable growth.Lead with strategic foresight and operational excellence to deliver complex infrastructure programs aligned with institutional goals.Qualifications and ExperienceExtensive experience in leading large-scale capital works and infrastructure programs ($5m$50m+).Proven strength in strategic planning, project governance, contract negotiation, and financial management.Exceptional leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.A strong commitment to innovation, sustainability, and the creation of transformative environments.Experience within the higher education or public sector will be highly regarded.EnquiriesUNE has engaged the services of Towardco for this role.
