The Opportunity Wir suchen einen Vice President, Global Treasury & Tax, der unser Executive Leadership Team ergnzt. Als Reporting Officer zum CFO gestaltet diese entscheidende Position die globale Finanzstrategie von Cochlear, balanciert Risiko und Chance in den Bereichen Steuern und Treasury und leitet ein talentiertes Team (9 Personen) in Sydney und der EMEARegion. What You''ll Do Set the strategic direction for global treasury and tax, aligning with business objectives and risk appetite. Drive treasury leadership: optimize debt and liquidity strategy, working capital, FX risk management, and banking relationships. Provide tax governance and insight: oversee global tax compliance, transfer pricing, and R&D tax incentives. Influence at the highest level: advise the CFO, CEO, and Board on financial risk, capital structure, and tax implications for major initiatives. Lead and develop a global team, fostering capability and collaboration across regions. Champion continuous improvement and digital transformation in treasury and tax processes. About You 15+ years of experience in tax and/or treasury within an ASXlisted or multinational environment. Proven ability to elevate treasury from operational to strategic, with strong understanding of liquidity, FX, and capital structure. Solid grounding in international tax principles and transfer pricing. Exceptional stakeholder management skills from banks and regulators to executive peers. A collaborative, forwardthinking approach and passion for developing highperforming teams. Impact with purpose help shape financial strategy for a company improving lives globally. Global scope influence across 50+ countries and multiple manufacturing sites. Executive exposure work closely with the CFO, CEO, and Board.
