Work Location This role is either 23 days in our Sydney CBD office (close to Town Hall, Central, and Museum stations), with the rest of the week spent on the road meeting stakeholders and driving growth. About The Role Were looking for a strategic and commercially driven Head of Growth to lead our next phase of national growth across NDIS core supports, plan management, mainstream services, and inhome care. This is not just a leadership role; youll be handson, driving your own growth targets while coaching a highperforming business development team. Youll shape our expansion strategy, lead the development of new markets and partnerships, and help define our positioning in the NDIS ecosystem. Youll work closely with execs and collaborate crossfunctionally with service delivery, tech, finance, and marketing. This is a highimpact role in a fastpaced, growthoriented business, and a key part of our executive team. Responsibilities Lead national growth strategy across UFC and contribute to broader Seek Lifestyle Group initiatives. Build and lead a lean, highperformance business development team (currently 4 direct reports). Drive revenue growth through referral networks, partnerships, B2B relationships, and digital leadgeneration. Strengthen UFCs presence with Support Coordinators, LACs, Plan Managers, and other key stakeholders. Oversee UFCs brand refresh, market positioning, and value proposition. Expand UFCs footprint into new territories (e.g., QLD, SA, regional NSW). Use sales, marketing, and retention data to optimise decisionmaking and team performance. Report regularly to senior executives and board on growth performance, risks, and opportunities. Collaborate with Tech, Ops, and Service Delivery to scale customer experience and retention strategies. Qualifications We dont expect perfection, but if you meet most of these, lets talk: Proven experience in a Growth, BDM, or commercial leadership role in NDIS, aged care, allied health, or health tech. Ability to build and lead highperforming teams. Strong crossfunctional collaboration skills, especially with operations, finance, marketing, and tech. Skilled in using data and dashboards to drive accountability and results. Comfortable reporting to senior executives and presenting to boardlevel stakeholders. Deep understanding of the NDIS ecosystem and a strong existing network across Support Coordinators and stakeholders is highly desirable. Experience with HubSpot (Salesforce a bonus). A selfstarter attitude and a track record of hitting or exceeding growth targets. Valid Drivers Licence and access to your own vehicle.
