About 3rd Space 3rd Space offers transformative, clientcentred services for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness. From our Fortitude Valley hub, we provide safe, inclusive, and dignityaffirming support in partnership with community organisations, volunteers and sector leaders. The opportunity As CEO you will: Lead a committed team and valuesled culture grounded in respect, perseverance, integrity and dignity. Partner with an engaged Board to drive strategic, operational and financial sustainability. Champion innovative, evidencebased service delivery and continuous improvement. Ensure strong governance, risk management and compliance across the organisation. Build impactful relationships with government, funders, sector partners and community to influence systems and advocate for people doing it tough. About you You are an experienced executive leader (CEO or senior executive) who brings: Strategic thinking and strong financial acumen, with a track record of leading complex organisations or services. Proven experience working constructively with a Board on strategy, governance and performance. Deep commitment to equity, inclusion and culturally safe practice. Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders. Personal resilience and an authentic connection to the mission of ending homelessness. Sector experience in homelessness, housing, mental health or related community services, and relevant tertiary/postgraduate qualifications in human services, business or management, will be highly regarded. A current Queensland drivers licence, Blue Card and National Police Check (or ability to obtain) are essential. Why lead 3rd Space?
