As Senior Director of AI Product, youll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of AI products and agents enabling better Customer Contact Experiences. What Youll Do Shape and execute a multi-year AI product portfolio aligned with Optus vision. Lead and inspire cross-functional agile squads, fostering innovation and collaboration. Drive end-to-end product developmentfrom ideation and POC to scaled enterprise adoption. Champion continuous improvement in both established and next-generation AI technologies while maintaining a balanced roadmap within the portfolio. Own financial performance, roadmap prioritization, and commercial outcomes. Implement fit for purpose controls for AI that adhere to relevant standards and internal policies. Champion high output delivery practices for AI aligned with Optus standards and frameworks within the portfolio. Enhance operational intelligence to provide insights for improving AI powered customer experiences Influence senior stakeholders and champion AI integration across Optus technology ecosystem. Provide thought leadership to position Optus as a safe digital-first leader in AI-powered experiences. Manage and grow a team of Product Managers What Makes You Perfect 10+ years in digital, product, or AI, including 4+ years in senior leadership roles. Proven success in scaling products and digital operations Expertise in AI applications, market trends, and customer-centric design. Strong strategic, analytical, and financial acumen with a track record of data-driven decisions. Exceptional leadership and communication skills to influence and transform a matrixed organization.
