(NSOA) is a long-standing community anchor in South Grafton, home to the NSOA Early Learning & OOSH Centre and a comprehensive range of youth and community programs. We are seeking an experienced, values-driven General Manager who is committed to local partnerships and place-based initiatives that strengthen inclusion, connection and resilience.You will work together with a dedicated volunteer Board and a skilled Leadership Team to strengthen a culture of collaboration, shared leadership, and reflective practice across the organisation.
