About the Role As Centre Manager, you will work alongside an established leadership team to guide and support our educators while contributing to the ongoing success and growth of the centre. Your role will include: Leading, supporting, and inspiring educators and staff, including recruitment and rostering Coaching and mentoring educators to support professional growth and reflective practice Fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaged workplace culture Role modelling best practice and ensuring alignment between theory and practice Building strong, respectful partnerships with children and families Ensuring compliance with the National Law, Regulations, and National Quality Standards Maintaining the Quality Improvement Plan as a living, evolving document You are a confident and compassionate leader who thrives in a supportive team environment and is passionate about early learning. You will bring: A minimum qualification of Diploma in Childrens Services Previous experience in a Centre Manager role Strong knowledge of the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework Experience with OWNA (preferred, with training provided) Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams Experience coordinating and overseeing all aspects of centre operations Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills A strong understanding of effective staff management and leadership practices Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications along A current Working With Children Check or VIT Registration If youre looking for a leadership role where youll feel supported, valued, and empowered to make a meaningful difference, wed love to hear from you.
