Tully, QLD Full-time | Executive Package| Leadership Role in Community Services The Tully Support Centre (TSC) is a long-standing, community-based organisation providing essential social services, counselling, emergency relief, family support, and community development programs across the Cassowary Coast in Far North Queensland. We are seeking an experienced and community-minded Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organisation into its next exciting phase of growth and stability. This role is ideal for a values-driven leader with strong skills in governance, service delivery, stakeholder engagement, and financial management. About the Role Lead the strategic direction, operations, and performance of TSC Manage government-funded programs delivered across the region Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and funding requirements Build strong partnerships with government, local services, and the community Oversee budgets, reporting, acquittals, risk, and quality improvement Provide leadership to staff and foster a positive, supportive workplace culture Act as the public face of the organisation We are seeking a leader who is: Experienced in community services, human services, or the not-for-profit sector Confident in managing funded programs and meeting reporting obligations Skilled in governance, strategic planning, and organisational development Able to lead and mentor staff professionally and compassionately Strong in stakeholder engagement, communication, and advocacy Knowledgeable about and ensures excellence in risk management, compliance, and WHS Positive, resilient, community-focused, and committed to ethical practice Current Working with Children (Blue Card)(or ability to obtain) National Police Check Unrestricted Drivers Licence Ability to meet the demands of occasional out-of-hours work for meetings, events, emergencies, or community engagement.
