As a GP with Access Aged Care you will be part of a robust multidisciplinary team including experienced nurses, telehealth specialists and administrative staff all working together to deliver comprehensive patient-centred care.Our model is designed to reduce administrative burden giving you the freedom to focus on clinical care and meaningful patient interactions.
