The successful candidate will design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with clients'' business requirements, ensuring successful integration across systems. The role involves leading the architectural design process, guiding teams during project delivery, and ensuring best practices are followed within Salesforce and related systems. The Salesforce Solution Architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams, evaluate business needs, and deliver efficient solutions to drive customer success.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution & Technical ArchitectureLead solution design and architecture for complex multi-cloud Salesforce implementations across Revenue Cloud, Field Service, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Platform, and Industry CloudsProvide technical governance and architectural oversight across multiple concurrent engagementsStay handson when requiredprototyping, validating architecture decisions, and guiding development teams through complexityActively support presales, including scoping, solutioning, RFP responses, and live demosParticipate in client discovery and advisory workshops, surfacing both business and technical driversTranslate customer needs into compelling solution architectures that balance innovation, pragmatism, and scalabilityLead engagements from an architectural and sometimes delivery point of view, working alongside or in place of a Project Manager where appropriateShape and drive program structure, delivery cadence, and risk managementHelp ensure engagements are commercially sound, technically robust, and aligned with client value goalsPractice DevelopmentContribute to defining and evolving Arcturious'' architectural best practices, reference architectures, and delivery methodologiesLead internal initiatives focused on new market opportunities, starting with Revenue Cloud and adjacent capabilitiesPlay a key role in internal capability development, including evaluation of emerging technologies and accelerators (e.g. AI, Salesforce Einstein, Prompt Builder, OmniStudio)Coaching & MentorshipProvide technical leadership, mentorship, and support to consultants and developers across projectsHelp shape career pathways, upskilling plans, and quality assurance across the teamThought LeadershipRepresent Arcturious in the Salesforce ecosystem as a trusted thought leader, contributing to events, panels, or community discussionsAuthor blogs, whitepapers, or POV pieces on topics such as multi-cloud architecture, Revenue Cloud, AI, or scalable designHelp shape Arcturious'' public voice around innovation, delivery excellence, and the future of Salesforce-enabled transformationQualificationsExpertise in Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Field ServiceProficiency in designing and implementing complex field service solutions, customer/partner portals, and e-commerce platformsExtensive knowledge of integration tools, particularly MuleSoft, and experience in creating seamless system integrationsStrong understanding of CRM strategy, technical solution architecture, and agile delivery methodologiesSalesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect are highly desirableProven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage client stakeholders, and deliver high-quality solutionsStrong problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and organizational skillsKnowledge of industry sectors like Sustainability, Consumer Goods, Retail, Telecommunications, and Manufacturing is an advantage#J-18808-Ljbffr
