AO3 Communications Advisors - Government Role AO3 Communications Officer needed to support stakeholder engagement, web content and project communications across QTRIP projects. $56.73/hr + super. Location: Townsville, QLDDuration: 8 MonthsLevel: AO3Pay Rate: $56.73 per hour + super About the Role We are seeking an experienced AO3 Communications Officer to provide communications and stakeholder engagement support across planning, preconstruction and construction projects within the Northern District. This role is critical to delivering highquality communications outcomes aligned with the Queensland Transport and Roads Investment Program (QTRIP) 202223 to 202526 commitments. The successful candidate will support lowrisk projects by delivering clear, timely and professional communications, while enabling senior team members to focus on complex and highpriority matters. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain project webpages, analytics reports and content updates Create and manage The Hive webpage content Prepare and distribute project flyers and communication materials Draft responses for lowlevel stakeholder enquiries and issues Manage and maintain the correspondence tracking system Respond to enquiries via the 1800 stakeholder phone line Source and record stakeholder contact details, lot numbers and related data into spreadsheets and consultation management systems Assist with and attend stakeholder meetings alongside Program Engagement Officers Provide stakeholder engagement support for low-risk QTRIP projects About You Strong written communication skills with experience producing publicfacing materials Experience supporting communications and stakeholder engagement activities Confidence engaging with stakeholders on lowrisk matters Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team Why Apply $56.73 per hour + super Opportunity to support major Queensland infrastructure programs Work within a collaborative and professional government environment Gain valuable experience across planning and construction project phases #J-18808-Ljbffr
