Duties Providesenior People & Culture business partnering support to Executives andleaders Lead,coach and line manage two People & Culture Business Partners Ensureconsistent, high-quality BP practice across the team Supportand guide organisational and structural change activities Overseethe progress of P&C projects and initiatives, ensuring clear communication,momentum and delivery Actas a key conduit between the GM P&C and the BP team Buildand coach leadership capability in the organisation Provideadvice on complex employee relations, performance management and workforce matters Usedata and insights to inform people and organisational decisions Skills & Experience Significantexperience in a senior HR / People & Culture business partnering role Demonstratedexperience leading or mentoring other HR professionals Strongcapability in organisational change, employee relations, project andstakeholder management Theconfidence to influence at executive level while remaining pragmatic andgrounded Soundknowledge of Australian employment legislation and industrial frameworks Experiencein community services, not-for-profit or similarly complex environments (highlyregarded) AtSureway, we believe in offering more than just a job.
