Your New Position Interpret and apply relevant legislation to conduct risk assessments on applicants Conducting indepth analysis of file information in order to determine the sufficiency of evidence to support cases Maintain effective case management and document management systems Prepare reports, memoranda and general correspondence Conduct relevant research and maintain an uptodate and indepth knowledge of the relevant governing legislation Provide advice to internal and external stakeholders on legislative, policy, procedural and/or administrative matters in relation to the screening provisions of the division This is a full time office based position - no WFH available Your Skills and Experience MUST hold a completed Bachelor of Laws or equivalent Previous experience in a similar role or administrative role required Excellent interpersonal skills, sound organisational and administrative skills Experience with endtoend case management highly desirable Ability to handle challenging phone calls whilst providing a highlevel of customer service Ability to work in the Brisbane CBD office 5 days a week (remote work not possible due to highly confidential nature of work) Reliable work attendance Ability to work within a team environment High attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills What Youll Receive $51.12 per hour + super Brisbane CBD location (full time office based position) Great team culture and environmentProgression opportunities for the right candidate How to apply If you think that this is a role that you might be perfect for, please apply now!
